FAVs Fest 2020 “BETTER TOGETHER”
SATURDAY AUGUST 8TH

Start the day off with a crisp morning 5k jog & a disc golf tournament immediately following the run. You can register at https://favsfest.regfox.com/favs-fest-2020 for both or you can bring a new pair of shoes or a new coat and that will cover the cost for TWO PEOPLE ! (We are doing early registration at FAVs if you would like to drop off shoes or coat or pay the $25 fee)
And at 1:00 the block party in front of FAVs kicks off.
There will be FREE games, FREE food, cool vendors showcasing some cool stuff, some good clean comedy and of course some jams!!
A lot of FREE goodies too!
BlesseD Apparel will be giving a FREE BlesseD bracelet to the first 50 people!!
We will also have a push up challenge for the kids so get em training!

About Us

When tragedy strikes, you are forced to change, and that is where Luis and Jessica Escobedo’s story starts. Ten years ago, Jessica spent two months in the hospital after learning she has pancreatitis, which, forced Jessica to take control of her diet and educate herself. Together, Luis and Jessica began to adopt a healthier lifestyle. However, healthy eating came with its own set of challenges. They learned that our city didn’t offer many options for people with dietary restrictions when it came to dining out. Now, cooking at home isn’t a bad thing, but we all have those nights when it’s easier to grab food on your way home. Imagine no longer having that luxury? The wheels began to turn for Luis. He began to play with the possibility of creating a business out of his wife’s needs. He always wanted to own his own business, but he was unsure what his niche would be. Fast forward ten years, and we have to “FAVs,” which means fruits and veggies. Their name reflects the changes Luis and Jessica made to live healthier and happier lives. Location FAVs resides in the Plemons Eakle Neighborhood which spans from 16th Ave South to 34th Ave and from Washington Street east to I-27. The Plemons Eakle neighborhood, named after Melissa Dora Oliver-Eakle serves as a thank you for all of her contributions to the Amarillo community. It seems fitting for FAVs to reside in a neighborhood that reflects the power of growth. We invite you to grow with us at 706 SW 16th Ave.
